We use laser-assisted elevation checks to help plan grading and drainage. Design decisions depend on site conditions, intended use and applicable requirements.
Windstorm inspections.
Inspections are provided through our team’s licensed professional civil engineer, a TDI-appointed qualified inspector. Talk to us before construction about inspection timing and the scope that applies to your project. Certification depends on the required inspections, documentation and applicable authority; insurance eligibility is not guaranteed.
Permits & HOA support.
We pull required city permits and help customers prepare HOA applications. We do not guarantee approvals; decisions are made by the relevant authority or HOA.
