This is a workmanship repair commitment—not an automatic refund, a guarantee against every crack, or a promise that concrete will never change in appearance.

What we promise.

For workmanship concerns reported within 12 months of the documented completion date, United Concrete will inspect the reported issue and correct defects caused by our workmanship at no additional charge.

When coverage begins.

The 12-month period begins on the completion date documented for your project. Your written project agreement identifies the work covered and any broader project-specific warranty.

What is covered.

Defects caused by United Concrete’s workmanship within the agreed construction scope. The no-charge remedy is correction of the covered workmanship defect.

Limits of the promise.

Normal concrete variation and damage from external causes are not covered unless caused by our workmanship. For example, a hairline crack or color variation is not automatically proof of a workmanship defect; we inspect the concern and consider its cause. Damage from external soil movement, misuse, overloading or severe weather is not covered unless our workmanship caused the issue.

How to report a concern.

Contact us within the 12-month period with your name, project location, completion date and a description of the issue. Photos help us review the concern and arrange an inspection. We will explain our findings and, where covered, coordinate the correction with you.

Your project agreement and rights.

This limited promise does not reduce existing legal rights or any broader warranty in your written project agreement. Engineering, architectural, surveying, reporting and inspection services are identified separately in the project scope and any applicable professional agreement.
